• Laundry care
  • Cotton
    • Wash with cold water. Do not scrub with force to avoid deformation and pilling. Do not bleach. Hang to dry naturally.

  • Polyester
    • Can be washed normally with water and neutral detergent (such as laundry detergent). When washing in a machine, please use a laundry bag.

  • Printing
    • Wash in cold water, turn inside out, avoid rubbing, and avoid brushing with a hard brush on the printed part. The printed part is not resistant to high temperatures; avoid exposure to the sun and high‑temperature ironing.
    • If the printed surface sticks together, separate it gently by hand after soaking in water; do not pull it apart by force.
  • Denim
    • Wash separately in cold water. Do not soak.
    • It is normal for denim to fade slightly during the first few washes. Please wash quickly in cold water within half an hour.
    • After washing, hang to dry in a cool and ventilated place. Avoid exposure to the sun to prevent uneven fading and yellowing.
  • Knitting
    • Knitted garments are elastic and soft. Because the yarn twist is relatively large, there may be slight shrinkage after washing. This is a normal phenomenon.
    • Do not hang for a long time during storage; it is recommended to fold and store to avoid deformation.
    • Wash gently by hand in cold water. Do not rub vigorously. You can add a small amount of neutral detergent.
    • After washing, gently squeeze out the water. Do not wring. Lay flat to dry in the shade. Do not hang to dry.
    • Do not soak in hot water, and do not use bleach or strong detergents.
    • If pilling occurs due to friction, cut the pills off with small scissors. Do not pull them off by hand.
    • When ironing, use a steam iron at a low temperature. The ironing temperature should not exceed 30 seconds on the same position. The highest temperature (about 25°C) setting for steam ironing is recommended. Do not press hard.
  • Down
    • Down garments should be washed professionally. Do not machine wash or spin‑dry. Do not wring. They can be dry‑cleaned.
    • When storing, keep them in a cool, ventilated, and dry place. Avoid heavy pressure and moisture.
    • If they become slightly wet, dry them in time. If they become heavily wet, they should be dried and fluffed by professionals.
    • If there is a slight odor, hang in a cool and ventilated place to remove the smell. Avoid exposure to the sun for a long time.
  • Leather
    • Only wipe clean. Do not wash with water. For daily care, use a soft cloth to wipe. The surface temperature should not exceed 40 degrees when wiping.
    • For oil stains, use a soft cloth dipped in a small amount of leather cleaner, wipe gently, and then wipe again with a dry cloth.
    • After wearing, hang in a cool and ventilated place. Avoid exposure to the sun, high temperatures, sharp objects, and chemical reagents.
    • Do not press heavily or fold for a long time. Do not iron directly. If needed, cover with a cotton cloth and iron at low temperature.
