• Laundry Care
  • Cotton
    • Wash with cold water. Avoid forceful pulling to prevent deformation. Do not tumble dry; air dry naturally.
    • Do not soak for too long. Dilute detergent before soaking to avoid uneven fading.
  • Polyester
    • Dark-colored items may fade during the first wash; please wash separately or with light-colored items.
    • Wash with cold water.
  • Printing
    • Wash with cold water. Hand washing is recommended. Turn inside out to dry, avoiding strong wringing to protect the print. Do not expose the printed area to direct sunlight; store in a cool place to prevent the print from sticking.
    • If the print sticks, soak in cold water for 5 minutes and gently separate. Do not tear forcefully.
  • Denim
    • Dark denim fading is not a quality issue.
    • Wash jeans as infrequently as possible. If washing for the first time, add some white vinegar to the water and soak for about half an hour.
    • Use cold water (around 30 degrees) for washing. Hot water may cause denim to fade and shrink.
    • After washing, press out excess water and hang to dry in a ventilated area, avoiding direct sunlight to prevent severe oxidative fading.
  • Knitting
    • Pilling on knitwear is not a quality issue but a technical challenge. Use a fabric shaver for maintenance and reduce friction during wear and washing.
    • Hand wash as much as possible, or use a gentle machine cycle. Turn the garment inside out before washing.
    • Do not hang to dry, as it will cause stretching and deformation. Lay flat to dry and avoid direct sunlight.
    • Be careful when washing wool items. Use a professional cleaner if possible.
    • Wool is not resistant to alkali; use neutral detergent or soap flakes.
    • Knitwear will shrink in water above 30 degrees, so the washing temperature should not exceed 30 degrees. Room temperature (25 degrees) is recommended.
    • Avoid using a washboard. If using a washing machine, keep it gentle and do not soak for too long to prevent shrinkage.
  • Down
    • Wash down garments as infrequently as possible. Use a damp cloth to wipe the surface. If washing is necessary, dry cleaning is preferred. If washing at home, do not use a machine; hand wash gently.
    • Soak thoroughly. Add detergent or silk detergent to warm water around 30 degrees. Soak for 20 minutes to ensure the down is fully saturated.
    • Gently scrub each part of the garment in the water. Squeeze out the air inside the down, or use a soft brush to gently scrub until clean.
    • Do not wring dry after washing, as this will damage the internal down and affect warmth. Squeeze out water or lay the garment flat on a table to air dry.
  • Leather
    • Hand wash only. Do not soak in hot water, and the water temperature must not exceed 40 degrees, as hot water will damage the base fiber structure.
    • Do not wash directly with water. Use a specialized cleaner for synthetic leather or wipe with a soft cloth dipped in soapy water, then wipe with warm water.
    • After washing, hang in a cool, ventilated place to dry. Do not fold.
    • If synthetic leather gets oily, wipe clean with a damp cloth. Synthetic leather is not afraid of water, but keep it clean.
    • Avoid friction or collision with hard or rough objects to prevent damage to the surface coating.
    • Synthetic leather coating is thin; do not place near fire or heaters to prevent baking the surface, and avoid contact with acidic or alkaline chemicals.
