• Laundry care
  • Cotton
    • Wash with cold water, avoid forceful pulling to prevent deformation; do not tumble dry, air dry naturally.
    • Do not soak for too long; dilute detergent before soaking to prevent uneven fading.
  • Polyester
    • Dark-colored items may fade (floating color) during the first wash; please wash separately or with light-colored items.
    • Wash with cold water.
  • Printing
    • Wash with cold water, hand wash recommended; turn inside out to dry, avoid vigorous drying to protect the print life; do not expose the printed area to direct sunlight, store in a cool place to prevent sticking.
    • If the print sticks, soak in cold water for 5 minutes to separate slowly; do not tear forcefully.
  • Denim
    • Dark denim fading is not a quality issue.
    • Wash jeans as little as possible. If washing for the first time, add some white vinegar to the water and soak for about half an hour.
    • Use water around 30 degrees; hot water may cause denim to fade and shrink.
    • After washing, press out excess water and dry inside out in a ventilated place; avoid direct sunlight to prevent severe oxidative fading.
  • Knitting
    • Pilling is not a quality issue but a technical challenge; use a fabric shaver to treat it and reduce friction during wear and washing.
    • Hand wash recommended, or use a gentle machine cycle; turn the garment inside out.
    • Do not hang to dry to prevent stretching; lay flat to dry, avoid direct sunlight.
    • Be careful when washing wool items; dry clean if possible.
    • Wool is not resistant to wear; use neutral detergent or soap flakes.
    • Wool items will shrink in water above 30 degrees, so washing temperature should not exceed 30 degrees; room temperature (25 degrees) is recommended.
    • Avoid using a washboard; if machine washing, use a gentle cycle and keep the wash time short to prevent shrinkage.
  • Down
    • Wash as little as possible; wipe the surface with a damp cloth. If washing is necessary, dry cleaning is not recommended; gentle hand washing is preferred.
    • Soak thoroughly; add detergent or silk/wool cleaner to warm water around 30 degrees and soak for 20 minutes to ensure the down is fully saturated.
    • Gently scrub each part of the down jacket in the water, squeeze out the air, or use a soft brush to scrub until clean.
    • Do not wring out after washing to avoid damaging the internal down and affecting warmth; squeeze out the water and lay the down jacket flat on a table to dry in the shade.
  • Leather
    • Hand wash only; do not soak in hot water, and the water temperature should not exceed 40 degrees, as hot water will damage the base fiber structure.
    • Avoid washing directly with water; use specialized cleaner for synthetic leather, or wipe with a soft cloth dipped in soapy water, then wipe with warm water.
    • Hang in a ventilated, cool place to dry; do not fold.
    • If synthetic leather is stained with oil, wipe clean with a damp cloth; synthetic leather is not afraid of water.
    • Avoid friction or collision with hard, rough objects to prevent damaging the surface coating.
    • Synthetic leather coating is thin; do not place near fire or heaters to prevent baking the surface, and avoid contact with corrosive chemicals like acids or alkalis.
