• Washing and Maintenance Instructions
  • Cotton
    • Wash with cold water. Avoid pulling forcefully to prevent deformation. Do not tumble dry; air dry naturally.
    • Do not soak for too long. Dilute the detergent before soaking to prevent uneven fading.
  • Polyester
    • Dark-colored items may experience slight fading during the first wash; please wash separately or with light-colored items.
    • Use cold water for washing.
  • Printing
    • Wash with cold water. Hand washing is recommended. Turn inside out to dry. Avoid vigorous drying to protect the print. Do not expose the printed area to direct sunlight; store in a cool, ventilated place to prevent sticking.
    • If the print sticks, soak in cold water for 5 minutes to gently separate; do not tear forcefully.
  • Denim
    • Dark denim fading is not a quality issue.
    • Wash denim as infrequently as possible. If washing for the first time, add some white vinegar to the water and soak for about half an hour.
    • Use water around 30°C. Hot water may cause denim to fade and shrink.
    • After washing, press out excess water and hang to dry in a ventilated area, turning inside out to avoid direct sunlight, which can cause severe oxidative fading.
  • Knitting
    • Pilling is not a quality issue but a technical challenge; a fabric shaver can be used for maintenance. Minimize friction during washing and wearing.
    • Hand wash is recommended, or use a gentle machine cycle. Turn inside out before washing.
    • Do not hang to dry as it may cause stretching; lay flat to dry. Avoid direct sunlight.
    • Be careful when washing wool items. Use professional cleaning if possible.
    • Wool is not resistant to alkali; use neutral detergent or soap flakes.
    • Knitted items may shrink in water above 30°C; keep washing temperature below 30°C (room temperature 25°C is recommended).
    • Avoid using a washboard; if machine washing, use a gentle cycle and do not wash for too long to prevent shrinkage.
  • Down
    • Wash as infrequently as possible. Wipe the surface with a damp cloth. If washing, avoid machine washing; gentle hand washing is preferred.
    • Soak thoroughly in warm water (around 30°C) with laundry detergent or silk detergent for 20 minutes to ensure the down is fully saturated.
    • Gently scrub each part with your hands in the water and squeeze out air. Use a soft brush if necessary until clean.
    • Do not wring dry after washing, as it will damage the internal down and affect warmth. Squeeze out water or lay flat on a table to dry.
  • Leather
    • Hand wash only. Do not soak in hot water; water temperature must not exceed 40°C, as hot water damages the base fiber structure.
    • Do not wash directly with water. Use a specialized cleaner for artificial leather or wipe with a soft cloth dipped in soapy water, then wipe with warm water.
    • Hang in a cool, ventilated place to dry. Do not fold.
    • If stained with oil, wipe clean with a damp cloth. Artificial leather is water-resistant.
    • Avoid friction or collision with rough or hard objects to prevent damaging the surface coating.
    • Artificial leather coatings are thin; keep away from fire or heaters to prevent baking the surface. Avoid contact with acidic or alkaline chemicals.
  • General Wash Care
    • Professional dry cleaning or hand washing is recommended.
    • Do not use bleaching agents. Lay flat to dry.
    • Avoid excessive pulling at the neckline. Wash in water below 40°C.
    • Avoid direct sunlight and high-temperature ironing for items with prints.
    • Frayed edges on clothing are a design feature and not a quality issue.
