• Laundry Care
  • Cotton
    • Wash with cold water, do not pull forcefully to avoid deformation; do not tumble dry, air dry naturally.
    • Do not soak for too long; dilute the detergent before soaking the clothes to avoid uneven fading.
  • Polyester
    • Dark-colored clothes may fade (surface color) during the first wash, please wash separately or with light-colored clothes.
    • Please wash with cold water.
  • Printing
    • Wash with cold water, hand wash is recommended, wash inside out, avoid vigorous rubbing to affect the life of the print, do not expose the printed part to the sun, store in a cool place to prevent the print from sticking.
    • If the print sticks, soak in cold water for 5 minutes to slowly separate, do not pull forcefully.
  • Denim
    • Dark denim fading is not a quality issue.
    • Wash jeans as little as possible. If washing for the first time, add some white vinegar to the water and soak for about half an hour.
    • Use cold water around 30 degrees for washing; hot water may cause the denim to fade and shrink.
    • After washing, press out the water, dry inside out in a ventilated place, and avoid sun exposure to prevent severe oxidative fading.
  • Knitting
    • Pilling of knitted garments is not a quality issue, it is a technical difficulty. You can purchase a fabric shaver for maintenance and try to reduce friction during washing and wearing.
    • Please hand wash or use a gentle machine wash cycle. You can turn the sweater inside out before washing.
    • Do not hang to dry, as it will cause stretching and deformation! Lay flat to dry, avoid sun exposure!
    • Be careful when washing sweaters containing wool! Send to a dry cleaner if possible!
    • Wool is not resistant to alkali, please use neutral detergent or soap flakes for washing.
    • Knitted garments will shrink in water above 30 degrees, so the washing temperature should not exceed 30 degrees, usually wash at room temperature (25 degrees).
    • Avoid using a washboard when washing; even if using a washing machine, it should be a gentle wash, and the washing time should not be too long to prevent shrinkage.
  • Down
    • Wash down garments as little as possible, you can wipe the surface with a damp cloth! If you need to wash, avoid machine washing, you can gently hand wash.
    • Soak thoroughly, add laundry detergent or silk wool detergent to warm water around 30 degrees, soak the down garment for 20 minutes to fully moisten the inside and outside.
    • Gently scrub each part of the down garment with both hands in the water, squeeze out the air inside the down, or use a soft brush to gently scrub until clean.
    • Do not wring dry after washing, as it will damage the internal down and affect warmth! Squeeze out the water, or lay the down garment flat on a table to dry in the shade.
  • Leather
    • Hand wash only, do not soak in hot water, and the water temperature should not exceed 40 degrees, as hot water will damage the base fiber structure.
    • It is best not to wash directly with water. You can buy a special cleaner for artificial leather clothing, or wipe with a soft cloth dipped in soapy water, then wipe with warm water.
    • After washing, place in a cool and ventilated place to dry, do not fold.
    • If artificial leather is stained with oil, it can be wiped clean with a damp cloth; artificial leather is not afraid of water, just keep it clean.
    • Do not rub or collide artificial leather clothing or bags with hard and rough objects to avoid damaging the surface coating.
    • The coating of synthetic leather is thin, so it cannot be placed near a stove or heater for baking to prevent the surface from cracking, and do not touch corrosive chemicals such as acids and alkalis.
