• Laundry Care
  • Cotton
    • Wash with cold water. Avoid forceful pulling to prevent deformation. Do not tumble dry; air dry naturally.
    • Avoid prolonged soaking; dilute detergent before soaking to prevent uneven fading.
  • Polyester
    • Dark-colored items may fade during the first wash; wash separately or with light-colored items.
    • Wash with cold water.
  • Printing
    • Wash with cold water, preferably by hand. Turn inside out when washing to extend the life of the print. Avoid direct sunlight; store in a cool, ventilated place to prevent the print from sticking.
    • If the print sticks, soak in cold water for 5 minutes and gently separate. Do not pull forcefully.
  • Denim
    • Dark denim fading is not a quality issue.
    • Wash denim as infrequently as possible. For the first wash, add a little white vinegar to the water and soak for about half an hour.
    • Use water around 30°C for washing; hot water may cause denim to fade and shrink.
    • After washing, press out excess water and hang to dry inside out in a ventilated area. Avoid direct sunlight to prevent severe oxidation and fading.
  • Knitting
    • Pilling is not a quality issue but a technical challenge. Use a fabric shaver to treat it and reduce friction during wear and washing.
    • Hand wash or use a gentle machine cycle. Turn the garment inside out.
    • Do not hang to dry to avoid stretching; lay flat to dry and avoid direct sunlight.
    • Be careful when washing wool items; use neutral detergents or soap flakes.
    • Wool is not resistant to alkali; wash in water below 30°C (room temperature 25°C is recommended).
    • Avoid scrubbing with a washboard; if machine washing, use a gentle cycle and avoid prolonged washing to prevent shrinkage.
  • Down
    • Wash as infrequently as possible. Wipe the surface with a damp cloth. If washing, avoid machine washing; hand wash gently.
    • Soak thoroughly in warm water (around 30°C) with detergent or silk detergent for 20 minutes.
    • Gently press with both hands to clean; do not scrub. Squeeze out air and use a soft brush if necessary until clean.
    • Do not wring out after washing to avoid damaging the down insulation. Squeeze out water and lay flat to dry.
  • Leather
    • Hand wash only. Do not soak in hot water; water temperature should not exceed 40°C.
    • Avoid direct water washing. Use specialized leather cleaner or wipe with a soft cloth dampened with soapy water, then wipe with warm water.
    • Hang in a cool, ventilated place to dry. Do not fold.
    • If stained with oil, wipe with a damp cloth and mild detergent.
    • Avoid contact with rough objects to prevent surface damage.
    • Keep away from fire or heaters to prevent the coating from cracking. Avoid contact with acidic or alkaline chemicals.
